The outpouring of support to St. Bede and the Auction during this time has been amazing. We hope you and your family are staying safe. This year, the 37th Annual St. Bede Auction will be presented as a two-part event.
Part 1 is the 2020 Hear Us Roar Virtual Auction which will begin on Saturday, April 25th at 9:00 a.m. and close on Friday, May 8th at 9:30 p.m.

- Click the white“Start Bidding” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Click the green“Create Account” button.
- Enter your email address.
- Wait for a verification email.
- Follow the verification link and complete form. Provide your mobile number to receive text messages during the auction.
- Verify information is correct. Click on grey boxes to update information.
- Click on the“Start Bidding!” link to enter the auction.
- Winner’s Choice Raffle - Due to Social Distancing we are extending the drawing and hopefully will announce the winners of the Winner’s Choice Raffle on Friday, May 8th. We remain hopeful the Development Team can gather to pull the winners in a video format.
- The Virtual Auction is filled with time-sensitive packages or simply packages that we feel appropriate for this time of the year. The items such as certificates/vouchers will be mailed. Winners can pick up larger items on Saturday, May 9th from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the St. Bede Gymnasium. For those that do not have their registration tied to their credit card, please bring credit card, check or cash. For those who don’t live nearby we can mail certificates and hold larger items for a convenient date that works better for you.
Part 2is the
2020 Hear Us Roar Auctionwhich will take place in person on Friday, October 9th during Homecoming weekend. Tables are going fast and we expect to be sold out soon. Please remember to send in your RSVP or
purchase your table or tickets now. This is going to be the"Party of the Century."

SAINT BEDE On-Site Auction Postponed to October 9, 2020
Virtual Auction to be held April 25, 2020
St. Bede Academy has made the decision to postpone the 37th Annual Auction scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2020. Please mark the new date now for Friday,October 9, 2020, of Homecoming weekend. We feel it is best to reschedule this fun-filled event until we can safely gather together at St. Bede. Your health and safety are our top priorities and you are all in our prayers during this difficult time.
Although the Auction has been rescheduled, we will hold a Virtual Auction for time-sensitive items on April 25, 2020.
We are continually monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we are able. We hope that you will join us Friday, October 9, 2020. To avoid disappointment, purchase your table or tickets now. We anticipate the October 9th in person event to be sold out.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY AUCTION TICKET?
We will automatically re-register all who purchased April 25 auction tickets for the October 9 rescheduled date. If you would prefer a refund for your ticket, please contact
bprokup@st-bede.com.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE THE NEW DATE?
If you find you are unable to attend, please know that we can refund your ticket at that time. While we understand if you wish for a refund for your ticket, we hope that you will consider offering the ticket price as a contribution to the Auction.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT MY DONATION TO THE AUCTION?
Your donation will be used for the rescheduled auction. If your donation was time sensitive, it will be used for the Virtual Auction April 25, 2020.
I PROVIDED A SPONSORSHIP/UNDERWRITING FOR THE AUCTION, WILL IT CARRY OVER?
Yes, your sponsorship/underwriting will automatically be applied to both the Virtual and Rescheduled Auction.
CAN I STILL BID ON THE SILENT AUCTION?
The Virtual Auction will be held for time-sensitive items (such as summer packages). We will be in touch with more information regarding the Virtual Auction soon. The balance of silent auction items will be used for the Auction on Friday, October 9, 2020.
WHEN WILL THE WINNER’S CHOICE CASH RAFFLE BE DRAWN?
The Winner’s Choice Cash Raffle tickets will continue to be sold online or can be mailed in (more information to follow). We will select the winners as soon as we can be safely together with 10 or less people.
WHEN WILL THE TUITION RAFFLE WINNER BE DRAWN?
The Tuition Raffle winner will be drawn when all 130 tickets are sold or on August 1, 2020.
