Over the years, leaks have caused water damage in the church and various areas throughout the building. Raymond Duncan ‘48 and Abbot David Duncan ’34 (Fourth Abbot of St. Bede 1968-1981) were first cousins. The Art Behind the Craft offers a once in a lifetime immersive experience for you and up to 9 guests to enjoy a hand crafted, customized experience. A Tangled Roots Executive Chef will work with you to create a beer dinner at an approved location of the winner’s choice. The guest will work with the Tangled Roots culinary and brewery team to design the entire menu and beer pairings. This will involve the winner coming on-site to The Lone Buffalo in Ottawa ahead of the dinner to create the menu with the executive chef, work with the brewer to sample beers and to learn what beer pairs best with each dish.
