Pasta Making Party for 12 with Fr. Ron
Spend an evening in the kitchen with Father Ron exploring the world of pasta. This is a hands-on pasta making class (not an evening to just observe. All must get involved making the pasta) for 12, where you will learn basic dough technique, cutting pasta and sauces. Father Ron will demonstrate techniques and give you tips and ideas you can use for everyday or special occasion meals. Throughout the class, you will sample the sauces with the fresh pasta and later enjoy your home-made meal with some August Hill wines. Father Ron will be sharing his special pasta recipes with you; Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettucine Primavera, Tortellini in Brodo, Penne al Pesto, and Spaghetti Frittata.
