What goes better together than pizza and beer? Join Coach Allen and Fr. Dom for a special event in support of the Wrestling Team and the Stage Rats. This elegant seven course meal will feature a beer cheese soup with a homemade pretzel as an appetizer, five different gourmet pizzas (each paired with a carefully curated beer from Tangled Roots, and a nutty shortcake with tart apple topping as a delicious dessert. Not a fan of beer? Wine and other beverages will be available as well. The Stage Rats will be in the kitchen as Fr. Dom’s sous chefs, and Coach Allen supervises the Wrestling Team to serve as your waiters. A raffle will be held with a number of unique prizes, including handcrafted wooden kitchen items. Join us as Milan meets Munich at the Academy!
